By accessing or using the ANIE.Work platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
ANIE.Work provides an AI-powered business platform for insurance agents, sales representatives, appointment setters, and related professionals. Our services include lead generation, CRM tools, appointment scheduling, and contractor management.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Contractors and sales representatives using this platform are independent contractors, not employees of ANIE.Work. Nothing in these terms creates an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.
Credits purchased on the platform are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. All transactions are processed securely through our payment providers. Commissions and payouts are subject to the terms agreed upon during onboarding.
You agree not to misuse our platform, including but not limited to: providing false information, engaging in fraudulent activity, violating any applicable laws, or interfering with the platform's operation.
All content, features, and functionality on the ANIE.Work platform are owned by ANIE.Work and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
ANIE.Work shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
